Description:
Rotating assembly jig of bogie frame subassemblies with hydraulic clamps
Additional information:
The fixture shown is a typical realization for bogie frame assembly.
The clamps locking the various parts composing the frame are hydraulically actuated.
This allows a fast operation of the clamps and  ensures a constant closing force, so preventing any deformation during the welding.
The rotation of the structure allows the welding in plane position of all internal parts.
